What we cannot do. There is no sign-up, no email and no recovery. If you lose the twelve words and the password, nobody can return your access — us included. That is not a policy we could change; it is how the wallet is built.

What people ask before installing it
What happens if I lose the 12 words?
Access to the funds is lost, and there is no way to get it back. We keep no copy of your phrase or your password, so there is nothing we could reset. It is the flip side of nobody else being able to get into your wallet: the same property seen from both sides.
Why is it not on Google Play or the App Store?
Because it is a web app. You install it from the browser in two taps, it opens full screen like any other app, and it updates itself without waiting for a store to approve each version. The exact steps for your phone are above.
Can you see my funds or move them?
On-chain balances, no: they depend on your keys, which never leave your device. Dólar and USDM balances are accounts held by the operator, which is why they are shown apart from everything else throughout the app. They are two different things and we do not mix them.
What exactly is USDM?
An internal unit pegged to the dollar, convertible 1 to 1 with the Dólar balance. It lives on no blockchain and you will not find it in a block explorer. It is not a third party stablecoin and has no relation to any of them.
Can I bring over a wallet I already have?
Yes. With its 12 words, from the home screen. It is added to whatever you already keep on the device, each with its own password, and none replaces another.
Do I need to sign up with an email?
There is no sign-up and no account server. The email asked for when creating a wallet only serves to tell it apart from the others on this same device.
Can I send on every network?
Yes, on all thirteen. Everything is signed on your device and broadcast to each network node: Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin with their own inputs and change; XRP with its reserve subtracted; Tron, Solana and the EVM networks each in their own format. Swapping one coin for another, on the other hand, only exists on the EVM networks.
What does it cost?
Creating and using the wallet costs nothing. Swaps and conversions carry a fee, shown broken down on screen before you sign, not after.
If you lose them
Lose the twelve words and the password and the access is gone. We cannot return it. No one can.
That is not a limitation we are working around. It is the same fact as “we cannot take your money either.” Both follow from holding no key.
